Open Staff Boards Certain staff board will be viewable to the public, but only staff members will be able to post inside. This will be done so that moderators are held responsible for what they say and also provide a good layer of transparency between members and staff. Occasionally, there will be some topics that will open up for discussion for all members to participate and cite their opinions. These are mainly participated in by the advisors who act as the representatives of the public.
Private Staff Boards These boards will contain sensitive discussions concerning important plot details, disciplinary review, and issues that have no need to be displayed in the open staff boards etc. It will also consist of an admin board for the Counsellors and the Administrator to discuss more private matters which the advisors do not have access to.
