Staff Additions Additions to the GoA staff are selected members who stand out, who are active, and who expressed well knowledge of GoA policies and the in-character world of Aedolyn. There are two ways new staff members are appointed: (1) they can be directly appointed by the administrator and (2) the can be nominated by any staff member and then a discussion and vote will follow. Typically, when selections are made, a staff member will approach the selection and offer them a certain position. If you feel as if you are a good candidate to become a staff member, simply PM the administrator with your thoughts since sometimes members can be overlooked (this process will not put you at a disadvantage).
